How do I check my email storage by folder in Webmail?

In the event that your mailbox is near to full capacity, the Webmail interrface can be very handy. Using the Webmail interface, you can sort the emails by knowing which folder(s) are taking up valuable storage space.

 

  1. Firstly login to your mailbox, if you do not have the account credentials, you can use your My Black Owl account to access all mailboxes in your hosting package.
     
  2. Once logged in the total available storage quota used will be shown in the bottom left corner of the webmail interface.

    High usage:

  3. On the left side panel, click 'Settings' After that, under the 'Settings' header, click on 'Folders’.

  4. In this list of folders, you can then view the number of messages and size of the folder. An example is shown below:
