The first time you use a Windows computer with uniFLOW, you will need to sign into and start the 'Smart Client' to get things working. This guide will walk you through this process.
Step 1: When you login to the Windows computer for the first time, you should get a pop up asking you to "Login to uniFLOW Online". If this does not appear after approx. 1 minute, this should appear when you print your first document.
Step 2: Click on 'Continue with...' on the window to login, this will be connected with your Microsoft 365 (email) login.
Step 3: A webpage will then open in your web browser asking you to login to your organisations' Microsoft 365 account. Please complete the login as normal.
Step 4: Once you have successfully completed the login, the browser will take you back to a uniFLOW page confirming 'All done!', but there is still one more important step!
Step 5: Close the browser window, and 'underneath' you will find the uniFLOW window with a 'Start' option. Please click 'Start', otherwise printing will not work!
TOP TIP: Make sure that you are printing to the 'FollowMe-Print' printer. If you have anything else selected, then it will not appear at the printer when you sign in.
