uniFLOW: Finding your PIN

This guide 

 

Step 1: Log into uniFLOW Online using the "Printer Portal" link. This link is specific for each organisation, so if you do not have the link - please request this from the Black Owl support team.

 

Step 2: On the dashboard, navigate to the box that is highlighted in the picture below, called PIN.

When hovering over this PIN section, a small icon will appear on the right that looks like 3 dots.

Click on the 3 dots, and then click on 'Show PIN code' from the dropdown that appears.

This will then reveal your PIN where the asterisks were. PINs are 4 digit numbers only, they do not contain any letters or special characters.

 

Please note: It is not possible to change your PIN or customise it. It is generated at random by the uniFLOW platform.

 

Step 3: When you visit one of the uniFLOW printers, it will give you an option to scan your card or input PIN. When you type your PIN in, you will be logged into your account, from here you can Copy, Print, or Scan as normal.
