Open Your Folder: Browse to the specific SharePoint folder you want to monitor.
Access Alert Options: Look for three dots (ellipsis icon) on the far right of the folder's title bar and click on it. From the dropdown menu, select "Alert Me".
Set Alert Details: A new window will pop up, prompting you to fill in the details for your alert.
Confirm and Create Alert: After filling in the details, click "OK" to create your alert.
Once set, SharePoint will start sending alerts to your specified email address based on your chosen settings. It's a fantastic way to keep track of changes without having to constantly monitor the site manually. Modify or delete your alerts at any time by returning to the 'Alert Me' settings in your SharePoint folder. Stay informed and in control with SharePoint alerts!
