In order to assist our team to pinpoint issues in connecting to certain services we may ask you to run a 'traceroute' which will give us an insight into how your device is connecting to specific servers.
- Launch your start menu using the Windows icon in the bottom left of your screen. Once open, begin typing (you don't need to type into a box): "command prompt". This will bring up a number of search results, click on the Command Prompt result.
- Type tracert example.com
- Press 'Enter' on your keyboard, and send the results to our team in your support ticket.
