In order to assist our team to pinpoint issues in connecting to certain services we may ask you to run a 'traceroute' which will give us an insight into how your device is connecting to specific servers.

  1. Launch your start menu using the Windows icon in the bottom left of your screen. Once open, begin typing (you don't need to type into a box): "command prompt". This will bring up a number of search results, click on the Command Prompt result.

  2. Type tracert example.com

  3. Press 'Enter' on your keyboard, and send the results to our team in your support ticket.
