Finding Mail Folder Sizes in Webmail

This guide will help you to find out what folders in your mailbox are using the most storage space. This can be very useful if you are approaching your quota limit.

 

Step 1 - Login to Webmail here: Webmail :: Welcome to Webmail (blackowl.co.uk)

Step 2 - Click on 'Settings' on the left-hand sidebar of Webmail.

Step 3 - From settings, navigate to the 'Folders' tab and click on it.

Step 4 - Choose the folder that you want to know the size of and click on it. In the right-hand pane, you will then see "Size" under the "Information" header. This shows the size of that folder.

You can click on different folders to view other sizes including your Inbox and Sent.
