Follow the steps below to view your remaining inclusive call minutes for the current billing period.
1. Log in to Black Owl Talk
Visit the Black Owl Talk portal and sign in using your credentials.
2. Access Call Credit Information
Click the +
symbol next to ‘Call Credit’ on your dashboard.
3. View Inclusive Minutes
Select the ‘Inclusive Minutes’ tab along the top.
You’ll now see a list of all users on your account, along with the number of inclusive minutes each user has remaining this month.
🗓️ Note: The monthly allowance resets based on your plan renewal date, not the 1st of each month.
4. Check Your Plan Renewal Date
To find out when your plan (and inclusive minutes) renew:
Click on ‘Account’ in the left-hand sidebar.
Then select ‘My Voice Plans’.
This page will display your renewal date and the refresh date for your inclusive minutes.
