Black Owl Mail Server Settings

1. You will need an existing email account created on the server, through ‘My Black Owl’ or our support.
2. Use the following settings to add the email account to your client:

Username:  {your full email address}
 Password:  {your password}

Incoming Server:  imap.stackmail.com
 Incoming Port:  993

Outgoing Server:  smtp.stackmail.com
Outgoing Port: 465
 SSL/TLS:  Enabled

1. The same process applies for adding further email accounts on your server. If you get stuck, you can contact Black Owl Support and we will be happy to help.

Please note: Black Owl does not recommend POP3.
