Sometimes, as a hosting administrator, you might need to login to a mailbox that you have on your hosting package without the credentials (username and password). Provided that you are set up correctly on My Black Owl with your hosting package, you will be able to access all mailboxes on that package.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you have the full consent and understanding of any user(s) before logging into their mailbox. Their mailbox may contain private and/or confidential information that may be protected by data protection regulations and/or legislation.

Logging in via My Black Owl

  1. Make sure that you're logged into 'My Black Owl'.

  2. Select the hosting package that contains the email account you want to sort, and click on 'Manage'.

  3. From the list of available functions, choose 'Email Accounts' under the 'Email' header.

  4. Once you’ve done that, scroll down to the bottom until you see 'Modify Email Accounts'. This will show you all the email mailboxes that you have for this hosting package.

  5. Select the email address you want to modify. This list will also show the usage so it will be easy to determine which mailboxes are getting full. Then, click 'Options' next to the desired mailbox. Select the option 'Webmail'.

  6. A new tab will automatically open, redirecting you the Webmail for that mailbox/user.
