Changing your Office Theme

Open one of your Office apps, for example - Word.
Click on 'File' in the top left corner.
Select 'Options' at the bottom of the left sidebar.
Under the heading 'Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office', locate the 'Office Theme' dropdown.
The default 'Office Theme' that will feel familiar to most users is either 'Colorful' or 'White'.
Once you click 'OK' the theme will instantly change across your apps. Feel free to try out other options too until you find one you like!
